That experience leading people and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments translated seamlessly into the world of digital marketing, where clear thinking and bold decisions matter most. Joshua also leverages the analytical skills he has built throughout his journey in becoming an engineer. These analytical skills allow him to tackle problems from an objective standpoint, rather than one that involves emotion.
