Joshua Laxamana may not have started with a background in web design, but that's exactly what makes his approach different. With a background rooted in leadership, he launched this agency with a fresh perspective — one focused on strategy, accountability, and real results over industry jargon. That experience leading people and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments translated seamlessly into the world of web design, where clear thinking and bold decisions matter most. Joshua also leverages the analytical skills he has built throughout his journey in becoming an engineer. These analytical skills allow him to tackle problems from an objective standpoint, rather than one that involves emotion. Although he may be young, his love for the game represents him as a life-long business partner.
